Going forward I am going to deliver to you all the top 100 reasons as to why you should follow me on twitter.  Most of the reasons will contain meaningless information and may confuse or perhaps titillate you.  But I will also validate my initial request by mixing in some life changing statements about how to grow a desirable and attractive amount of chest hair.  #takemychestforexample
